Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt LLP recognizes that inclusion provides the range of viewpoints that are valuable for client counseling, discussions, and decisions, as well as an effective and embracing work environment.
Our efforts focus on building and maintaining a work environment that values the contributions of individuals from differing backgrounds and communities. While being a small firm, as we continue to expand, we will work diligently to integrate inclusion into how we recruit personnel, collaborate with our community, and serve clients. We believe our presence in Atlanta and South Florida, uniquely positions us to attract and retain a diverse team.
Our goal is to maintain and grow a respectful, inclusive, engaged, and family-oriented culture that values varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We also plan to increase the number of underrepresented legal practitioners through outreach, training, and mentoring. Effectuer un travail juridique bénévole pour Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, en aidant les entrepreneurs sous-représentés à protéger la propriété intellectuelle nécessaire à la réussite de leur entreprise.
Parrainage de la construction d'un foyer pour enfants dans une communauté rurale de Thaïlande.
Encourager la collaboration inclusive entre les avocats et les agents, même entre plusieurs cabinets juridiques différents, dans les organisations professionnelles et communautaires.
